Have they addressed the corrosion issues with the aluminum body Tesla?

Yes, the EcoHitch Stealth part # 306-X7201 comes with washers that were designed to prevent galvanic corrosion due to dissimilar metals between the hitch material and the body/frame material of your 2015 Tesla Model S so you would not need to worry about that!
