Hi I cant find the notch to remove cup holder. My cup light and floor leds wont work, is this the cup holder problem, heat and massage are working?

I spoke with my contact at Lippert who said that there is a notch in the side of the cup holder that you should be able to feel with your hand. I attached a picture of where it is as well. Once you find it you will need to use a flathead screwdriver or a butter knife to pop it up. This will reveal 2 screws that you will need to take out before detaching the cup holder wiring from the arm.

She also said that when the massage function goes out this is typically something that is related to the control box. This is found under the chair and is considered to be the "brains" of the chair.

To test and see if the issue is the control box or the cup holder you can simply swap the control box from one side of your Momentum RV Dual Reclining Sofa and see if that causes the other side of your sofa to stop working with the massage function. If this is the case then the control box will need to be replaced with part # 195-387596. If the same side is still messing up then it is likely the cup holder which can be replaced with part # 195-387597.
