According to page 283 of the online version of your owner's manual, your 2019 Chevy Sonic with automatic transmission can be flat towed with a speed restriction of 65 mph. Please refer to your owner's manual and follow the guidelines outlined under "Recreational Towing".
The base plate kit I recommend for your 2019 Chevy Sonic LT with RS package is the Blue Ox # BX1703. It features removable arms for a clean, unobtrusive look when you're not flat towing. These removable arms are only compatible with motor home mounted tow bars, like the Blue Ox Alpha 2 # BX7380 or the # BX8833 or # BX88151 adapters when used with certain different branded tow bars.
Per your owner's manual, some fuses must be pulled to prevent the battery from draining while it's being flat towed. If your Sonic has Keyless Access, you will need # RM76512, as well as 2 of # RM76511. Only one # RM76511 is needed if your Sonic does not have Keyless Acess.
To complete your flat tow pacakge, you may also consider the following parts:
Tow bar wiring # RM-2120 for magnetic lights or # RM-155 for a bulb and socket kit
Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 - one time set-up
Coiled Safety Cables - # BX88197 - 84 inches long
Chances are you will also need a high-low adapter to make up for the height difference between your Sonic and motor home. I'll link you to a page at the bottom of this one that provides information on how to measure to select the correct one as well as a page with our selection of high-low adapters. An installation video of the BX1703 base plates on a similar 2018 Sonic with the RS package is also attached.
