Your 2020 Grand Design Solitude 3950BH is pre-wired for a Furrion camera system like the excellent Vision S # FOS05TASF that has a 5" screen. The cameras for these systems are designed specifically to plug right into the pre-wired bracket that will be on your Grand Design and the camera itself features 8 infrared LED lights for nighttime vision.
I like these options a lot too because they are expandable, as they can support up to 4 wireless cameras total if you ever wanted to add some additional view points to your setup down the road, such as with Marker Light Side Cameras # FCE48TASL.
