Replacement Sewer Hose for RV Blackwater Maceration System

Question:
I tried to adapt the extension hose to a garden hose type connector, crushed the fitted/shaped end of the hose to where I could no longer use this part. I trimmed the hose like you would to a garden hose, but I trimmed the shaped end off completely and cannot make the cut hose fit at all! The hose end, when cut will not yield to pressure or light heating. Is this ruined? can I adapt or repair this hose?

It's highly unlikely that you're going to be able to adapt or repair the damaged hose on your RV sewer maceration system, so you'll want to replace it with # SS25 which is a 25 foot extension and should provide you with plenty of hose length to run from your RV black water tank to the dump station. Different length hoses can be found with part number # 278-SS02 (10ft) or # SS15 (15ft).
In most cases, modifications are not recommended on parts for this reason, so if you can tell me more about what you're trying to accomplish and what parts you're trying to replace I may be able to help you find an appropriate replacement part that does not require any modification.
