Can I install air bags on my 2020 Ford F-150 with a gooseneck hitch?

Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57385 for 4x4 or part # AL57268 for 4x2 which are a fit for a 2020 Ford F-150 (4x4) will work with a gooseneck trailer hitch like the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer part # BW77FR which is what I recommend. The square hitch ball opening ensures the hitch ball does not get stuck if left installed and you can easily tow a fifth wheel trailer if needed with the B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3500 or part # BWRVK3400.

If you will be frequently adjusting the air inside your air bags then you will want to consider an air compressor system. The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL74000 is what I recommend as it is wireless therefore no wires or air lines need to be routed into the cab.
