While there isn't a specific size of LED trailer tail lights you need for your 1999 Ranger Boat Trailer, I can tell you how to get a pair that will match. Since there generally isn't a list of parts available, to determine the correct tail lights, you simply need to measure the mounting holes from center to center and choose the lights that way.
For example, the Miro-Flex LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights - Submersible # TLL9RK simply requires mounting holes that measure 2 inches center to center, and that's going to be the mounting dimensions of the majority of lights, so these would be a great option. You can also drill your own mounting holes for these lights.
I have added a link to our entire selection of LED tail lights.
