Because the two types of legs are oriented to be used on particular sides of the trailer, you're not going to be able to use a lead leg like the Replacement Lead Leg for Venture 5th Wheel Landing Gear # LC119102 as a follow leg. You may be possible to modify the leg and make it work, but I cannot recommend doing this.
Because of this, you'll need to replace your follow leg with a specific matching follow leg for your landing gear system. The matching landing gear follow leg for the lead leg mentioned above is the Replacement Follow Leg for Venture 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear # LC119101.
