Helpful Expert Reply:
The mounting locations for both a grille guard and the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65075 front mount hitches are usually some of or the same installation points and/or occupy some of the same space in the front of your Nissan Frontier. You always have the option to remove the grille guard first and then install the front hitch to use either or but it's highly unlikely you'll be able to use both at the same time.
Included are the instructions for this front mount hitch to show how the front hitch installs should you try to do both or install after removing the grille guard.
