Assuming that you're wanting to install rather than replace an existing trailer connector, I'd recommend part # 118267 which is a confirmed fit for your 2005 Titan.
The connector will plug into the round US car connector located behind the back bumper as shown in the video I've linked for you. There are also 3 relays that need to be installed into the box located on the firewall just behind the battery. That is also covered in the linked video.
If you're just replacing a damaged trailer connector, use # HM40975.
