Question:

I want to install a trailer hitch on my 2019 Honda CR-V but I really don't want to cut anything on the car, even if it's the fascia. Which one is best that doesn't also sacrifice part of my vehicle? Looking to use this with a bike rack.

The best trailer hitch for your 2019 Honda CR-V that doesn't require any trimming of your fascia is the Class III Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76128 because it's the only option that features a 2" receiver (which is compatible with the most accessories).
