The easiest to install brake controller for your 2020 Ford Transit T350 is going to be the Curt Echo Mobile # C51180 which plugs into an active 7-way and once synced to a smartphone is ready to go. You don't have to do any wiring or splicing at all so it's by far the easiest solution. The controller is also proportional which means that it sense how hard you are applying the vehicle brakes and applies a relative amount of braking on the trailer.
If your Transit did not have a 7-way installed already the kits you'd need to provide that will be the # C56327 and # ETBC7 which comes with everything needed to install a 7-way on your vehicle.
