Hi there! Im looking for a logic module for the 2018 Chevy Colorado to wire the third brake light of an ARE V topper to the rear tail light. Is this the module youd recommend?

Yep, you got it. The Pacer Performance 3rd Brake Light Logic Module part # PP20-702 is what we recommend when wiring in a third brake light on a vehicle with combined tail lights like a 2018 Chevy Colorado. The only other things you should need are some primary wire like part # 16-1-1 and quick splice connectors like part # SWC501746-1.
I have attached a wiring diagram for you as well.
