The Jensen RV Stereo part # JWM60A will be a good replacement for the Memorex Stereo part CDR1000MH. That said, you will need to rewire the new stereo but there is no way around this as none of the aftermarket stereos are going to use the same plug as the Memorex stereo. However, the wires should be labeled so it will be super easy to complete. I have attached a wiring diagram of the Jensen RV Stereo but I don't have one of the Memorex Stereo.

The Jensen RV Stereo requires a 9" wide x 6" tall cutout so you may or may not need to enlarge the opening. I know you are looking for a direct plug and play option but that is just simply not available so a bit of wiring will be needed regardless of which stereo you go with.
