The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System part # FA92-00-1000 comes with a shank that can provide a max of 6" rise or 1" drop. That said, these measurements already reflect the shank being flipped or inverted so no matter which direction the shank was installed you could still only achieve 1" drop. However, I do have an option for you that does not require you to buy two shanks, the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System part # FA94-00-1033 and the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Shank part # FA92-02-4213 for 3-1/4" drop or part # FA92-02-4214 for 5-1/2" drop.
The only difference between the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System part # FA92-00-1000 and Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System part # FA94-00-1033 is that the former has a shank and trunnion springs bars whereas the latter does not have a shank and has round spring bars. The trunnion vs round spring bars won't matter for your application since you have a truck. The trunnion spring bars are just better for ground clearance but again since you have a truck this won't be an issue and can save you some coin as well as they are more cost effective.
