Availability of Bike Ramp for Loading E-Bike on Kuat Sherpa 2.0

Im concerned about the bike ramp not hooking onto my Kuat Sherpa 2.0 It appears that it will work for the NV 2.0 but that doesnt say anything for the older version Sherpa. The serial number on my bike rack is sh22g163100180 I purchase a ebike and its so heavy I dont want to hurt my back. Thanks so much

Your concerns are definitely valid because the Access Ramp # ANVBRB was designed specifically for the NV 2.0 and it won't fit the Kuat Sherpa 2.0.
If you really like your Sherpa 2.0 then your best option is to upgrade to the NV 2.0 so that you can load your E-Bike easier. Aside from the adding the ability to use the ramp you probably need to upgrade anyways because the Sherpa 2.0 has a bike weight capacity of 40 lbs per bike and most E-Bikes weigh in around 55 lbs. Even if you took the battery off that would only get you to about 50 lbs. Since the NV 2.0 has a 60 lbs per bike capacity it is better suited for your application.
