In order to determine the correct leaf spring hanger locations on a trailer you first need to position the axles correctly. I have attached a help article on this part of the process for you. Then, once the axles are correctly positioned you can then mock up the suspension using the equalizers, shackle straps, and leaf spring. The mock up should then give you a good idea where your leaf spring hangers will sit but I cannot provide specific measurements on the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Kit part # K71-360-00 unfortunately as this is determined by the trailer manufacturer.
