What Causes Trailer Suspension Equalizers to not Sit Level

Question:

Hanger spacing for 2006 vortex 3950 5th wheel. Correct axle spacing please. Currently 29.5 front to 2nd hanger and 3rd to rear hanger space, and 33 center space. Axles tilt now when driving more tha photo.

The amount of tilt I see in the pictures you submitted of your equalizer isn't too bad. That could easily be from the trailer not sitting perfectly level. If the trailer is level and it's still tilting this can be solved in one of three ways. You either go with shorter leaf springs, a shorter in width equalizer, or you move the rear and front hangers out about half inch.
