Congratulations on the 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. In order to flat tow the Trailhawk, you will need a base plate, tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high low adapter. My recommendations for those parts are below.

Base plate kit: Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit part # DM9519340. I recommend the Demco base plate because it is the most versatile base plate available because of it's wide variety of brand adapters if you chose to use a different brand tow bar in the future. It is also is a simple installation with a tabless design so it's a clean looking install.

Tow Bar: Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar part # DM9511013. The Demco Excali-Bar is a non-binding tow bar which makes hooking up and unhooking the Trailhawk to the motor home much easier. You can unlatch the tow bar to release the tension even on unlevel ground compared to other tow bars that need to be perfectly level to release. This tow bar also comes with safety cables so you don't have to worry about that.

Tow bar wiring: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267. The diode kit and wiring allows the Jeep the activate the turn signals and lights in conjunction with the motor homes. It comes with a flexo-coil that attaches a 6-way plug on the front of the Trailhawk to the motor home's 7-way for a clean install. I have attached a video for your reference.

Supplemental braking system: Demco Stay-IN-Play Supplemental Braking System part # SM99251. The Stay-IN-Play is a one time install that can be left in the Trailhawk even while driving it around town. The main unit of the Stay-IN-Play activates a small air cylinder that attaches to the brake pedal and depresses it when the motor home brakes. This set it and forget it supplemental braking system is much more convenient once installed compared to the portable brake in a box systems that have to be removed from the floor board of the Jeep every time you want to drive it. If your motor home happens to have air brakes you would use Demco Air Force One part # SM99243.

A high low adapter would depend on the amount of rise or drop you may or may not need to tow the vehicle level with the motor home. I have attached a helpful article to explain how to measure for that and also our selection of high low adapters.
