Yes, the Blue Ox Patriot Supplemental Braking System BLU37TR will work on your 2016 Lincoln MKX. In addition to a supplemental braking system, there are a few more parts you will need in order to flat tow your 2016 Lincoln MKX.

- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-524447-4: These will give your MKX a clean look when the tabs are not installed, as you can see by the accompanying photo, which is a cut out of the linked install video of these base plates on a 2016 Lincoln MKX.
