Question:

What is the height off the ground of the class 2 receiver/hitch. I am wondering how much rise / I need for my jet ski trailer. Thanks much!

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12169 for a 2019 Honda CR-V will sit around 13-1/4" off the ground when measuring from the top inside edge of the receiver tube opening. That said, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13397 instead as you can tow more if needed down the road and it will work with a much greater variety of hitch mounted accessories. The distance from the ground to the top inside edge of the receiver tube opening on this hitch is around 14".

In order to then choose the correct ball mount you will need to subtract the above from the distance between the ground and bottom of the trailer coupler while level. I have then attached for you a list of all our ball mounts that way you can use to pick out the correct one once you measure this. I recommend the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 if you go with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13397 because it likely has what you need.
