Can I use this rack on a 2019 Hone Odyssey to carry an adult bike and kids bike?

Yes, the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style for 1-1/4" and 2" Trailer Hitches part # S64650 will carry an adult and kids bike at the same time because of it's adjustable hooks and wheel hoops. If your child's bike wheel is 20" in diameter or larger the Swagman XC will work fine while carrying both bikes.
