Im looking for a high quality flush mounted LED with about 10 elements for my flatbed project. Would prefer a smoked lens if offered. A sample picture is attached. Any help is appreciated!

For what you are looking for I think our best looking option is the Light Guide LED Trailer Tail Light # STL602RB which is an LED taillight setup with a unique design that would look great on your flat bed setup. It's not smoked, but we had a chance to install it on a flat bed like yours and we found it worked and looked great. See install video.
For a grommet to install it you'd want the # 40-06-020 and then for a wiring harness # A45PB.
