I reached out to my contact at Dexter to try and obtain some information on your existing axle using its serial number. Unfortunately she said it's an older unit that they don't have a lot of information on, so your best route to try and locate compatible hub assemblies is to remove the tire/wheel and take a few measurements along the spindle or try and locate the bearing numbers inside the hub (which should be stamped right inside the bearings themselves).
I have attached an image that shows where the measurements will be taken. You will want to use a digital caliper , as the measurements need to be exact.
If you can tell me what measurements you take, or the bearing numbers you find, I will be happy to recommend a compatible replacement along with the matching brake assemblies.
