Can I use this on my Thule T2 Classic 2-Bike Hitch Rack?

For your Thule Classic T2 part # TH9044 or #TH9044-9046 the correct locking hitch pin is actually the part # THSTL2 as the Kuat you mentioned can only be used on Kuat bike racks and since the threads are different would not fit.
