Will this repair kit work on the cast coupler? I only need a new handle and pin everything else is still new, do you sell those separately?

Yes, the repair kit part # DM5817 that you referenced does fit the cast Demco EZ Latch couplers like the # DM15791-81 so this kit would work well for your. This is only way to get the replacement handle and pin as well as they are not available separately.
