Yes, you can replace just the battery on a Swift Hitch Wireless Hitch Alignment Camera. The correct replacement for you will be dependent on what what system you have. If the system you have uses a 4 hour battery then you need the Replacement Battery for Swift Hitch SH01 Camera part # PB02 but if the system you have uses an 8 hour battery then you need the Replacement Battery for Swift Hitch SH02 and SH03 Camera part # PB06.
