I spoke with my contact over at Truck Systems about the TPMS for RVs # TST-507-RV-6-C and those TPMS sensors will work for your RV, but he mentioned that you would likely want to use the system that has the Flow-Through caps instead, which can be found with part # TST-507-FT-6-C . This is the same exact system with the color monitor, but the caps will allow you to fill your tires without removing the TPMS caps if the need arises.
Since there is not a pack of 12 sensors available, you'll need to purchase additional caps to add to the system separately. You can purchase additional caps that work with this system in packs of 2 or 4 with these part numbers: 2 pack # TST-507-RV-S2 and 4 pack # TST-507-RV-S4. These are not the flow-through caps, since you wouldn't want to use those on your toad. If you needed additional flow-through sensors, you can get a 2 pack with # TST-507-FT-S2 .
When it comes to the concern with the length of your RV and toad, these systems are designed for use on semi-trucks, so you'll have no problem monitoring a 68-ft long tow load as long as the transmitter is installed towards the back of your RV. They mention that the transmitter should be mounted in one of the rear bays that has the power and relays-but not one with a battery since it might interfere with transmission of the signals.
I've attached some videos for you that show how this system is installed, as well as video reviews of the products.
