How do you add air to the tires??? I cant find the valve.

The Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly part # TVXL25 that you referenced uses a solid rubber tire, part # TVXLSR so there would be no inflation valve to add air. However, I think you might have the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover part # STC-V211 which has pneumatic tires that you can add air to. The valve stem for these tires will be visible once you remove the wheel from the jack.
