Your landing gear losing power could mean a couple of things, but the mostly likely cause is a not fully charged or bad battery. When the landing gear operate, they don't use a lot of power until they hit solid ground; when they hit the ground, the power required to operate them increases since they're now carrying the load of the trailer.
The first item to check is whether or not your manual crank is working properly. If the jacks will not operate with the manual crank, the likely cause to this problem are bad gears. If the jack operates with the manual crank, there's likely an issue with the powered system we can troubleshoot.
Once you've verified the gears are not the issue, check the ground of the battery and the landing gear to make sure nothing has become loose and repair as needed. I would also look at the battery cables to check for corrosion and clean them if needed. If you can get access to the jack's motor terminals, connect a battery that you know is the correct amperage rating for the jacks and that is fully charged to see if the trailer battery is the issue. If the jacks work correctly when attached to a different battery, you should replace the trailer battery with a brand new one.
If none of these have solved the problem, the motor/motors on the jacks may be going out. If you let me know what type of landing gear you have installed on your 2010 Cedar Creek 5th wheel I may be able to recommend the appropriate replacement motors for your jacks or find you a new set of jacks.
