Question:

Looking for a sandwich plug to get electrical power for the flatbed I intend to install. Ido not want to cut into the factory wires. Thank you.

If your 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 came with a factory tow package that included a 7-Way at the back of the vehicle, you can use 5th wheel and gooseneck in-bed wiring harness, # 50-97-410. This harness plugs in line with the factory wiring harness under the truck and provides a 7-Way in the bed area.

If the truck did not come with a factory tow package that included a trailer connector, you will have to hardwire one in starting with a 4-Way using # 119178KIT. A T-connector is not available. Once you have the 4-Way installed, you would need to add a 7-Way using # ETBC7. I have included some links that explain the installation.

After you have installed the 7-Way, you can then use # 20027. This will plug into the 7-Way at the back and provide the 7-Way connection in the bed area.
