Distance from the Crosstube to the End of the Receiver on Curt Motor Home Trailer Hitch # 13703
Updated 03/24/2012 | Published 03/23/2012 >
Question:
My accessable frame is back abit under the RV, ~ 8inch from closest access to outside edge of bumper. This implies to me the center of the Main Body Tube on this hitch would be ~14inch from the outside edge of the bumper and that it is likely the end of the Receiver Tube would be under the RV, or maybe under the bumper. So, what is the distance from the Main Body Tube to the end of the Receiver Tube?

I can tell you from the back of the crosstube to the receiver face measures 11 inches. Based on the measurements that you have given on your RV, it sounds like the receiver opening would be under the bumper, possible recessed a little behind the bumper. It should still be accessible easily enough. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
