There is not technically a lift kit for your Grand Design, but what is called an over/under conversion kit, which moves your trailer's leaf springs to the top of your axle and lifts your trailer approximately the same amount as your axle's diameter plus the height of the leaf spring pack (please keep in mind this conversion kit is for use with double-eye springs only).
If you have a 2-3/8" round axle you would need Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 or if you have a 3" round axle you would need Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00.
An axle which is 2-3/8" is commonly found on 3,500 lb axles while a 3" axle is commonly found on axles with ratings of 6,000 lbs to 7,200 lbs, which should help you determine which kit you need, though based on what I saw of your trailer's specs it is likely going to be the former kit.
I have added links to video reviews of both kits for you to take a look at as well.
