After taking a look in the owner's manual for the 2014 Ford F-350 the trailer brake fuse is located in the power distribution box in the engine compartment. The fuse location is 22 and it is a 30 amp fuse. You may want to match this information to your particular copy of the owner's manual because this is what I found on line.
