I just upgraded from a 2016 Chevy Silverado HD to a 2020 Chevy Silverado HD and want to reuse my B&W Companion Hitch but the pucks don't line up with the legs. Is there an adapter so I don't have to but an entire new hitch?

Correct, the puck spacing on Chevy Silverados and GMC Sierras changed for the 2020 model year which means the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for a 2016-2019 model year will not fit. However, in order to avoid having to replace the entire hitch you can replace just the base portion and reuse the head. There are three bases available which I have attached for you below:
Fixed 20K Base - part # BWRVB3710
Fixed 25K Base - part # BWRVB3715
Slider 20K Base - part # BWRVB3775
