Yes, the B&W Companion line of 5th Wheel Hitches all use the same head, which is part # BWRVC3006. So, if that is what you have then it will fit the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVB3305.
I also confirmed that the Replacement Base # BWRVB3305 is confirmed to fit your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty (8 Foot Bed) with OEM Prep Package.
