Do I spin the brake adjuster clock wise on the driver and the passenger side as well?

Yes, the brake adjustment stars on left and right hand sides of trailer brake assemblies spin the same direction for adjustments. It's always counter clockwise for tightening the brakes and clockwise for loosening them.

We have the brake adjustment tool part # W80630 which is designed for this as well.

Right-hand side means passenger side and left-hand side means driver side in relation to brake assemblies like the brake assembly set part numbers #AKEBRK-7-SA that you referenced.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
