I have a solution for you, but there is not a manufacturer that currently offers an offset gooseneck ball that is compatible with any of the factory gooseneck hitches. To solve your problem, you could still go with the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2061 , which gives you the safety chain hookups that work in the factory puck system of your 2019 Ford F-250. To give you the offset you're needing, you could then add the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200 , which provides a 10" offset and fits all standard 4" outer tubes.

For safety chains to use with these gooseneck balls, you can use the # RP49151 (20,000-lbs) or the # 49150 (16,000-lbs).
