i recently bought a 2013 Ram 3500 2wd and am looking for suspension enhancement

There are air bag kits available for your 2013 Ram 3500 2WD, from Air Lift:

- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88297

-Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57297

I verified with Air Lift for you that both kits will indeed fit your 2-wheel drive dually, and both will be great options to ensure your Ram 3500 has the needed suspension support, with the only difference being the jounce bumpers on the Ultimate. Those will only come into play if your air bags are deflated so you won't bottom out, but aren't necessary to ensure you have excellent support.

If you do not have a compressor, the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System # AL25592 or Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000 are highly recommended to make it much easier - and more comfortable - to control the psi of your air bags, which you will be able to do from the comfort of your truck.
