How to Remove Thule SnowPack Ski & Snowboard Carrier from Roof Rack

How do I remove the thule fishing rod holder from the roof rack, i did open it up and remove the rubber, underneath is a plastic handle witch can be lifted up, not sure if it must be turned anti-clockwise. Any one can help? Thanks.

I believe you are talking about the Thule SnowPack # TH7324 or # TH7324B. You are correct that you remove the rubber piece and then lift up the plastic handle and turn it counter-clockwise to get it to release from the T-Bolts or the clamping feet. I have attached a review video of this carrier where you can see the installation process. Simply reverse this to remove the carrier.
