U-Bolt Replacement for Sears X-Cargo Roof Box

Question:
Hi, I just purchased and assembled a brand new, in the box, Sears X-Cargo carrier on Facebook. Never been used, all parts were still in the bag too!. Its immaculate. Anyway, what it did not come with and the handy manual points this out as optional is U-bolt Kit #7215. The carrier has pre-drilled holes which are maybe a hair over 4inch apart on center. Can you recommend a u-bolt hardware kit for me?
