I’ve contacted Keystone RV with the vin # and they said my challenger came with a lippert 1621 pin box.

The method you have selected of calling the trailer manufacturer is the most accurate in regards to determining the correct replacement pin box so this I would trust. There are a few options you have to replace your pin box, a standard pin box like the Lippert 1621 5th Wheel Pin Box part # LC1387883 or a cushioned pin box like the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box part # LC369535.
The Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box is gong to do wonders for ride quality as well as reducing the wear and tear on the vehicle/trailer so if you have the extra funds then this is the option I would pursue.
