Can 3inch PVC pipe be connected to T1025VP?

The Valterra Adapter for RV Sewer Hose part # T1025VP has a bayonet fitting on one end and then a tapered fitting on the other end. There would be no way to attach a 3" pipe to the tapered fitting but what you could do is combine the Valterra Street DWV Fitting part # D50-2892 and the Valterra Rotating Adapter part # T1028 to provide a bayonet fitting on one end and then a hub fitting on the other which you would then slide a 3" pipe into.
Please note, RV's use ABS pipe construction not PVC and the two cannot be mixed.
