I have a good working center hitch section for this be gooseneck hitch but what I’m looking for is the replacement side plates and hardware kit. Do you have these?

We do have just the install kit for the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1108 which fits your 1999 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty.
What you need is the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Custom Installation Kit for Ford # BWGNRM1108 which includes the hardware and will work with the center section you already have, which is part # BWGNRC800.
