Question:

There is a removeable cover on the passenger side front bumper which covers a deep threaded hole for a tie down anchor. I would like to used it for securing roof top kayak, but cant find the size/thread of the bolt hole. Does Etrailer sell this part? Thanks!

I have a solution for you, but I checked with Chevy and they were unable to provide the size of the bolt that fits this hole. They also mentioned that it's going to be vehicle specific, so we would not have any type of D-ring that you could use in its place.

The best option for you is going to be the Malone Hood Loops for Bow/Stern Tie Downs #MPG308. These install quickly and easily in your rear cargo gate and under the front hood and won't leave anything hanging off your front bumper when not in use.

If you still wanted to go with the bolt in anchor that fits in your front bumper you would have to order the part directly from Chevy.
