Sway bar vs Flex steerign stabilizer Based on the Techs previous review, which would be the best method to control the unnerving truck traffic vortex?

I am not really sure what you mean by "unnerving truck traffic vortex" but the previous issue you mentioned was side to side sway from passing trucks and if that is the case then the best option you have to reduce this will be with a rear anti-sway bar, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1129-143 which is correct for your 2019 Winnebago Travato 59K. The rear anti-sway bar acts as a link between the frame and axle to minimize the effects of side to side rocking otherwise know as sway.
The addition of a steering stabilizer like the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer would not have any effect on the side to side rocking caused by passing trucks. That said, there is not a steering stabilizer even available for your 2019 Winnebago Travato 59K.
