I am looking to install this in a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has factory trailer wiring for the 4 and 7pin. Is there an additional harness needed to install this unit?

Yes, the correct install harness you need to install the Redarc Tow Pro Elite part # RED44FR that you referenced in your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee is the part # 3045-S. You will need to wire this harness directly to the wires of the Redarc matching the colors but the gray connector of the # 3045-S plugs right into the port under the dash of your Grand Cherokee.
