on the TR-2 spare tire carrier, what is the from the top lug to the bottom of the bracket?

I went out into our warehouse and pulled a Folding Bumper Tire Carrier # TR-2 and measured the distance from the center of the top lug bolt to the bottom of the bracket plate and found that it is 3-1/4 inches.
