The rear wheel tray of your Thule T2 Pro XTR part # TH83JV for 2-bikes or # TH69JV for 4-bikes is designed to easily slide back and forth to accommodate varying wheelbases like what you have. It's really just a matter of grabbing the tray and then pushing it one way or the other. These racks have a maximum wheelbase length of 50-1/2 inches.
