We do have trailer dollies like you are looking for that can help move trailers by hand. Looks like you have a pretty decently sized camper so you'd need something a bit more heavy duty than the Rack Em dolly you referenced.
The Trailer Valet XL like the part # TVXL2 would be what I'd recommend if your trailer has a 2 inch ball or the part # TVXL25 for if you have a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball. These attach to the bottom of the coupler through the ball hole and give you a crank handle which gives you the mechanical advantage you need to move a trailer that weighs more than you could push by hand.
Standard dollies won't have the capacity and won't allow you to move as heavy of a camper as you have which is why you'd have to go with the Trailer Valet. I attached a review video for this for more info as well.
